We have been in operation since 2014, offering Shared Windows Cloud Hosting and Managed Hosting solutions prior to Everleap, our team launched a traditional Windows-based Shared Hosting provider in 2003 under the brand name, DiscountASP.NET.

Now, you may be wondering, what connection does Everleap have to IT Services and Cybersecurity as a hosting provider?

Our Journey to Managed IT and Managed Cybersecurity Services First, Everleap has been offering various cybersecurity solutions to our hosting customers to protect their websites and email accounts from malicious actors. These solutions include automated cloud backups for websites and databases, as well as cloud backups for email services. Additionally, we provide website security scanning solutions and industry-standard SSL certificates. It's worth noting that many of these solutions can be utilized with websites and email services hosted elsewhere.

Secondly, we utilize various third-party solutions to enhance the security and stability of our own infrastructure. This ensures that our hosting services remain reliable for our customers and enables us to be resilient from any potential issues that may disrupt our business. Therefore, we have the knowledge, experience, and expertise in addressing IT and cybersecurity concerns, along with best practices associated with operating a small business.

Lastly, with the onset of the pandemic, all businesses had to adapt to remote work. Fortunately, we were already prepared for remote operations, allowing for a relatively easy transition. We extended a helping hand and, after assessing their needs, discovered that some of our Managed Hosting customers not only required assistance in setting up secure remote access but also in establishing a more robust security solution.

Consequently, we made the decision to expand our solution portfolio and establish a new division focusing on Managed IT Services and Managed Cybersecurity Services for small and medium-sized businesses (SMB) in the greater Los Angeles area. With over 20 years of experience in managing and securing our internal IT systems and hosting infrastructure, combined with our expert customer support, we confidently offer our expertise to local SMBs.
